From a former teacher and father of six I have learned that people want to be around positive, happy, encouraging, and inspiring people. They distance themselves from negative, downcast, and discouraging people. If you want to be a leader, learn to find the good in others and tell them.

i know that if you expose peoples idiosyncracies as faults you will only serve to diminish a relationship. We all have faults and quirks, that is what makes us unique and different. Embrace the faults as they are not the main characterisitc that makes up the person.

I know for sure that if you do things in life that you enjoy doing, you will do them more often, you will do them better and with a great passion. It is this passion that will make you the best at what it is you do.
